1. Do you have international shipping?
Yes, but mainly in English-speaking countries.
2. How much is the shipping cost?
The vast majority of our product shipping costs are paid by the platform, not by the buyer. That is to say, it is free shipping for buyers.
Please Note: If the package is returned due to incomplete/wrong address and contact information, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of resending.
In case of force majeure, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping time
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 1-7 business days
• US shipping time: 7-20 business days
The deadline for placing orders is 5:00 pm (GMT+08:00 Beijing Standard Time)
Please ensure all shipping information is correct. If information is incorrect and/or missing, we may need to contact you to update shipping information, which may cause delays in the delivery of your order. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to clear your package, which may delay estimated delivery times.
Your order may be delivered to you via your local post office or local courier. Depending on your region, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so packages will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notification card with instructions on how and where to pick it up.
Reshipment will not be arranged for packages returned due to wrong address, incomplete address and unusable.
